WE OFFER A 30-DAY FREE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Helly Hansen gear, that is why we offer a 30-day free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can exchange within 30 days. The product must not be used and remain in its original condition.

When preparing your return, please ensure you are using appropriate protective packaging, preferably the same carton/package you received your order in. Mygear reserves the right to deduct a reasonable amount if the product is damaged or used, if the product is missing, or if the return is incomplete.

No refund, exchange-only policy: Customers may exchange items they wish to return, but they cannot get a monetary refund
